3. Purchasing Goods
- Product Descriptions:
All items are sold "as-is" based on their used condition. While we verify functionality (e.g., motorcycles start, phones power on), minor wear is inherent to secondhand goods. - Pricing & Payment:

4. Reselling via the Resell Module

- Ownership & Liability:
- You warrant ownership of submitted items and indemnify us against third-party claims.
- Final pricing is determined after physical inspection by our team.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Our Return Policy governs all disputes. By using the Platform, you acknowledge its terms.
- Returns require proof of non-compliance with item descriptions (e.g., non-functional electronics).
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from using the Platform.
- Disputes between buyers and sellers outside our mediation.
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government actions).
7. Intellectual Property
- All Platform content (logos, text, interfaces) is owned by Lamphone Trading. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
8. Privacy
- We collect personal data (name, email, phone) solely to facilitate transactions.
- Data is protected under our Privacy Policy and not sold to third parties.
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activities.
