  ✅ ‌Non-Functional‌: Item fails to operate as stated (applies to electronics, motorcycles).
  ✅ ‌Missing Parts‌: Critical components are absent (e.g., phone without battery, cables with broken connectors).

• ‌Non-Acceptable Reasons‌:
  ❌ Changed your mind or found a better price elsewhere.
  ❌ Minor cosmetic wear consistent with "used" condition descriptions.
  ❌ Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

‌2. Return Timeframe‌

• ‌Standard Return Window‌:
  Submit a return request within ‌7 days‌ of receiving the item.
  Exceptions may apply for bulk industrial materials (e.g., steel, cables) – contact us within 24 hours for inspection.

• ‌Extended Window for Electronics‌:
  Smartphones and accessories may qualify for a ‌14-day return‌ if functionality issues arise.

‌3. Return Process‌

   • Order number
   • Detailed reason for return
   • Photos/video of the issue

2. ‌Approval & Shipping‌:

   • Our team will review within ‌48 hours‌ and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
   • Return the item with the RA number to our warehouse.
     • Buyers cover return shipping costs unless the error is on our side.

3. ‌Inspection & Resolution‌:

   • Items are re-evaluated within ‌3 business days‌.
   • Choose:
     🔄 ‌Replacement‌: For identical or equivalent products (subject to availability).
     💵 ‌Refund‌: Full or partial refund via original payment method (processed within 5 business days).

‌4. Non-Returnable Items‌

• Custom-cut steel or cables (e.g., trimmed to specific lengths).
• Motorcycles with post-delivery modifications or mileage exceeding 50km.
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "As-Is" in the product listing.

‌5. Seller-Specific Notes‌

If you sold items through our ‌Resell Module‌:

• Buyers’ returns do not affect your payment unless fraud or misrepresentation is proven.
• We handle all return logistics and disputes.
